I have 8+ years of writing and storytelling experience and I’ve worked with hundreds of clients on everything from resumes and cover letters to graduate school applications. Many of them have landed jobs at companies like Meta, Expedia, Amazon, and Splunk, been accepted to national fellowships, and felt more confident in their skillset.
My coaching style: My coaching style is informed by being a journalist, which means that I lead with curiosity. During our session(s), we'll go through a collaborative process to talk through your story and address the feedback in a co-working session. Then, we’ll get tactical and talk about how you can tell these stories and identify clear action items. I’ll focus on supporting you holistically by asking open-ended questions to help you understand your goals and motivations, drawing out storytelling moments, and helping you feel confident in your work.

The Whole Package (most popular) 📦: Looking to feel more re-entering the job search or switching to a new role? I got you! In these sessions, we’ll go over your resume, LinkedIn, cover letter, and/or mock interview prep (choose 3). This includes 3, 45-minute sessions to discuss the stories you want to tell in your job search materials, and how you can leverage them to strategically navigate the job search and highlight your job accomplishments, not just responsibilities. Ill end with a job search strategy session so you have a path forward, and I’ll also send a list of resources that are specific to your needs.
Resume and LinkedIn Review 📖: We don’t laminate our resumes or LinkedIn profiles - they’re always changing in real time. We’ll talk about strengths that you want to highlight about yourself in a resume and LinkedIn and discuss the feedback and edits in 2, 45-minute calls. I’ll provide written feedback in a document, and we’ll discuss how to update your resume and optimize your LinkedIn to stand out during the job search. Then, I’ll follow up with final feedback and additional resources. These services are also available individually and the cost can be applied toward “The Whole Package” if you upgrade.
Grad School Applications ✏️ (includes one round of detailed feedback and comments): Need help crafting a personal statement and/or resume that captures all of your experience? I’ve worked with dozens of prospective grad students, and I’ll use that expertise to help you hone in on your story and connect your past experiences to the program where you’re applying.
